Call Box Instructions

Due to the call box upgrade, you no longer need to have visitors and vendors put a # in front of your 3-digit code.

Please direct all non-residents to stay the left of the Dr. Phillips entrance to use the call box:

  • A visitor enters your three-digit code without the # symbol, or scrolls the list of names on the Call Box
    screen, then presses the Call button. Phase 1 4-digit codes will not work!
  • When your phone (cell or landline) rings, caller ID will display, OT Telepad 407-601- 7808.
    If you are using a cell, PLEASE ADD NUMBER TO YOUR CONTACT LIST.
  • Press and release 9 on your phone to open the gate. You will hear a steady tone indicating the gate is
    opening.

An attendant is present, excluding holidays, on the following days and times:

  • Sunday 8:00am –4:00 pm
  • Monday –Friday 7:00 am –6:00 pm
  • Saturday 8:00 am –6:00 pm

Gate attendants assist those with a legitimate reason for entry. Vendors and visitors should be provided with a resident call code or vendor access card for most cases. For non-emergency police matters, please do not contact the gate, call the Sheriff’s Department at 407-836- 4357.

Please contact the gatehouse regarding the date(s) of any health-care providers, contractors, deliveries, and taxies, including Uber and Lyft for ride sharing and food deliveries.
