Director
Counselors
Our Counselors are college & high school age, and many have worked the camp for years. Counselors go through an application and interview process which includes social media, academic and athletic searches, reference checks and once offered the job, FL DCFS Level II Background Checks. Junior Counselors are responsible for submitting Bright Futures paperwork to your counselor and receiving approval PRIOR to school ending so you know the hours will count. Camp Orange Tree strives to have a minimum of one certified lifeguard each summer. All positions are highly sought after and expectations for a standard of excellence are high. Things to Know
– We will be limiting the number of campers for each age group. On the registration you will be able to see how many spots are open per group.
-ALL counselor positions are LIMITED.
-Paid counselor positions begin at 16 years old – no exceptions.
-New Counselors positions are LIMITED. At a minimum, a New Counselor must be entering their freshman year of high school. New Counselors are responsible for submitting Bright Futures paperwork to your counselor and receiving approval PRIOR to school ending so you know the hours will count IF you seek volunteer hours.

Camp Pricing
$ 50 Registration Fee
$ 225/week
Phase 2 OT Residents will be sent a link in a homeowner’s email for a $75 discount.Phase 2 resident rates will be verified.
$ 50 Extended day (hours are 8-6)
Camp Groups
Camp Orange Tree is intended to be a fun-filled, supervised, physically active experience for kids. Camper ages range from 5-14 and all are grouped by age;
Group: 5 year olds
Group: 6 year olds
Group: 7-8 year olds
Group: 9-10 year olds
Group: 11+ year olds
Each group is led by a Counselor who will report to the Camp Director & Assistant Director.
Hours of Operation
9:00am-4:00pm
Before & After Care
8:00am-9:00am & 4:00pm-6:00pm
Weeks of Operation
Our camp schedule: We use our weekly themes to make kids excited about camp. Please do not let a theme scare your camper from attending camp. All weeks of camp are very similar and will consist of lots of pool time, water slides, bounce houses, sports, arts and crafts, and scavenger hunts. The ice cream truck visits one time per week and is included in weekly camp fees.
Week 1: 5/28- 5/31- Summer Fun-
Come join us as we enjoy all things summer! New Friends, Old friends, Snow Cones, Sitting by the pool, Water Slides, Good Times.
Week 2: 6/3- 6/7- Water Week-
This week is guaranteed to be a splash! Come join us for all things water.
Week 3: 6/10- 6/14- Sports Week-
This week you will have an opportunity to learn a variety of individual and team sports.
Week 4: 6/17- 6/21- Adventure Week-
Come explore our campgrounds and see what you can find!
Week 5: 6/24- 6/28- America Ninja Warrior Week -
Come celebrate the Red, White and Blue and show off your ninja skills!

Week 6: 7/8-7/12 - Sports Week #2
Have a chance to write your name in the Camp Orange Tree history books by competing in a variety of team and individual sports.
Week 7: 7/15-7/19 - Water Week #2

Week 8: 7/22-7/26 - Big Summer Blowout
Come join us as we celebrate our fantastic summer. We will enjoy all of our best activities from the entire summer. And of course, a huge pool party on the last day of camp!

LUNCH each day; lunch is not provided.

Orange Tree is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
Lunch/Snacks/Beverages
Camp Orange Tree does NOT provide lunch. Please pack a lunch each day for your camper. Orange Tree does provide daily snacks & water. Several healthy snacks will be offered but it is summer so not-so-healthy snacks are sometimes an option!
Payment Options
Cancellation & Insurance Policies
Camp Orange Tree has a NO CANCELLATION policy.
Basic, Delux & Travel insurance policies are available but NOT REQUIRED. Please read the information on CampDocs carefully as there are no refunds once purchased.
Health Policies
Camp Orange Tree is carefully monitoring the Center for Disease Control (CDC), American Camp Association (ACA) and local government regulations on recommended health & safety precautions.
