Built at an original cost of over $1 million in 1989, the Orange Tree community leisure-time complex and recreation center a 3-1/2 acre complex overlooking Lake Marsha, one of the 10-cleanest lakes in Orange County, Florida.

The focal point of the complex is a 5,000 square foot recreation center, featuring a swimming pool and spa, Tot Lot, three (3) tennis courts, two (2) pickleball and racquetball courts, a volleyball, basketball court and picnic shelters. The contemporary design of stucco with a barrel-tile roof was selected to blend with the single family estate homes and golf villas within the Orange Tree community.

The building includes a large assembly room with stage and special lighting which is used for homeowner meetings and other community events. There are full men and women’s restroom with showers as well as a hobby room, small conference room, exercise room and a kitchen.
