Community Parking: Any vehicle in violation of community parking rules as defined in our Orange Tree Covenants Schedule A may be ticketed and/or towed at the sole expense of the vehicle owner.

Watering Days: Daylight Savings Time: odd numbered addresses on Wednesday and Saturday; even numbered addresses on Thursday and Sunday. Eastern Standard Time: odd numbered addresses on Saturday; even numbered addresses on Sunday. Do not water between 10 AM and 4 PM and not for more than one hour per zone.

Upcoming Activities: Bunco Night is usually the 2nd Thursday of the month from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. National Night Out will be from 6 PM to 8 PM on 10/01/24.
HOA Meetings: Master (3rd Wednesday), Estate Homes (2nd Wednesday), Golf Villas (2nd Monday on odd numbered months), St. Ives (3rd Tuesday). Master, Estate Homes, and St. Ives do not meet in July or December).
Meeting dates and times are posted on the gate bulletin boards. Agendas are posted at the Recreation Center. Please attend your HOA meetings to represent your views and support the community.
Leased Properties: Tenants and Owners – Per the Orange Tree HOA documents, owners, whether residing or leasing properties in Orange Tree are solely responsible for keeping the property in a neat, attractive manner, including all routine and periodic maintenance. Please ensure that everyone is responsible for becoming familiar with and abiding by the covenants.
